Brentwood Booragoon Football Club is seeking interested for the following two coaching positions for the 2023 Season.

C1 RESERVE COACH
After making the grand final in 2022 and a preliminary final the previous season, Reserves Side is seeking a coach ready to take the young team into the C1 Reserves Competition in the Perth Football League.
Heavily integrated with the both the League and Thirds teams, Brentwood Booragoon is looking for a coach to continue the "one club" mentality that helped make the last two seasons so successful.
The successful applicant will be expected to:
- Support the Club's ultimate goal of a League premiership by working with fellow senior coaches.
- Supporting Reserves players who are looking to make their League debut or returning to the League squad.
- Helping guide the Thirds players who want to advance to the Reserves side.
- Working to develop the Club's large group of exciting players.

Brentwood Booragoon FC will continue to provide a professional environment on and off the field.  All coaches are expected to set the example of the game day behaviour for the players and work within the Club's and the Perth Football League requirements for player safety and injury management.
Lastly we are seeking a coach who will bring a positive attitude to training and games. We are here to have fun and are seeking a coach who loves football as much as the Committee and the players do while advancing the Club to new and exciting levels.

WOMEN'S COACH
The Brentwood Booragoon Committee is determined to start a Women's Team at Karoonda Reserve.  This is a huge step forward for the club and will bring the club into the future of football in Perth and Australia.

The coach of the new women's side will be instrumental in setting up the foundation for future success and for the growth of the club in the Perth Football League. With full support from the committee, coaches and a team of sponsors focused on developing amateur athletes, the new team and coach will hit the ground running and fully integrated into the Brentwood Booragoon FC.
As we continue to build relationships with Booragoon Junior Football Club, we aim to provide a place for their female players to transition from junior to senior football in the coming years.

With a facilities redevelopment coming to Karoonda Reserve and the challenge of bringing a new team with a new dynamic to the club, our focus is on developing players, culture and reputation within the Perth Football League as a destination club through both men's and women's competition.
